Proprietary N2C Process System

Quantum Materials invented the N2C automated process for the synthesis of tetrapod quantum dots. Current industry manual “batch” processing produces small amounts at single cycle/day speed. QMC N2C Production began in June 2014 at the rate of 25 grams/hour. The production of this machine can be scaled higher as needed this year. Delivery of an advanced larger capacity machine with kilograms/hour production rate is expected before the end of the year. Software controlled automated processing is key to producing uniform quantum dots by controlling all synthesis aspects without expensive specialists and time required.
