Another deja vous. When the company almost died summer 2009, a rescue was arranged with sr surplus notes. Company can defer payment on these.
In addition there is additional pfd stock ahead of the common. A poster on the ihub sycrf board claims the notes and pfd stock have been moving up in price in the last few weeks. There is concern as to why no move in the common. Discussion concerning manipulation on the otc etc.
I was going to post over there to bring up the gse's pfd moving months before common began in March 2013. Please follow the link that someone has as a sticky to Tapley. It's little hard to follow but some good info.
