why is the company thinking there's a conspiracy to lower the share price? its pretty simple..SMME would be paying suppliers in shares, who then sell them in the market to get paid. The US securities market is the tightest, best regulated in the world. It would be near impossible to short sell and borrow the required stock to materially impact the share price. Usually, the best way to get a share price higher is to sign a contract for the supply of goods/cards and actually earn revenue. Its not rocket science. If you make and sell something , investors will support you. But if you do nothing but talk about great ideas and produce nothing, the market votes pretty quickly. Its potentially good technology..if they can get it out on the street before others do it better ...
