The Company continues to move forward with its nano-technological attributes as they related to a Lithium- Manganese battery and ultra-capacitors. Both are moving along, with the hopes that the ultra-capacitor technology be utilized within a military application by a NATO power. So, far the field testing has proven successful, and management now awaits the order for deployable units. The Lithium battery is in the final stages with the National Science Foundation, and management believes they will be able to create an ergonomically design battery application both for commercial and industrial applications. Knowingly, this nano-battery application reduces heat, increases charge/discharge ratios, stabilize the ions (no fires) and is cheaper to produce.

The main reasons for lack of marketing and news, as such, is that the Company is under a number of non-disclosure agreements, when those agreement expire, the clients will allow information to be passed onto the street and industry periodicals.
