I do know the patent office moves very slowly due to the amount of filings they review daily.It's been a couple of years since their original filing,so i would expect news sooner than later.I had a patent pending and it took two years to find out i was denied because someone had a similar apparatus
patented.When an original patent search was done,it didn't appear that anyone had what i was attempting to patent ,but in time something did turn up and i was denied a patent.The whole process took a full two years.What a pain in the ass that was and i didn't get an approval:(
