Fellow shareholders,
What ever you do please do not trust Mr. Gildea. As long as keeping our current shares amount to 2% of the new company we are fine. I will not be at all surprised if he tries to screw us. We just may be in for another battle. I have just been waiting for their next move. We are going to have a legal battle on our hands with Gildea.
