July 1 - Successful Oil Pump - Transcript

Quote:Hi this is, uh, Xun Energy update. Today is Monday, June 30th. In front of me here is the rice #15, the well we completed, uh, about a month ago and as you can see it is pumping. It is making oil. That's the oil flowing through there in the site tube. Uh it's still in a little bit of a ***** of water. And we're gonna head up to the oil tanks there... and just poke our heads in the separator and see what's going on.

Okay here we are at the top of the tank. Uh, as you can see it's, uh, it's a pretty tall tank. It's a 15 foot tall tank. And uh don't know if you can see the fluid level there. This is all oil. We're almost to the top of the tank with the oil. We're ready for a pick up here. Looks like about 140 1/2 inches, so that's pretty good. Let me go ahead up here and take a the separator.

Okay we're here at the separator. Right there is where all the oil and water comes in to the tank - into the separator tank. There's the oil inlet right there. That's where all the oil flows in to. And right now we've got a pretty steady stream of oil flowing into the tank, so everything's working the way it should. Everything's looking really good. I'm really pleased with the results and, uh, we're gonna keep pumping this well? So that's it for today. We'll see you on the next video. Take care.
