Maybe the to be determined president and ticker change spell a change of direction? The small RS seems like they just wanted to move the shares price up without wiping out investors. Worst case I figure they'll pump it again now that they RS'd. I see it got pumped last November thanks for bringing that to my attention.

Note to self: Take profits while they're there
