Is is possible these (2)? posters think alike?
Apparently, they didn't get the MEMO (see 8-k filing 1/27/2014)

General Clark has not been to any board meetings and adds nothing to the Company. He should be terminated immediately and any shares given to him should be cancelled.

Wesley Clark, another board member to be proud of. If you are on the board show up at the freaking annual meeting and pretend to be interested in how the company is doing or get the &@$£ off of it.
