That profit was ENTIRELY due to a change in the derivative liability held on the books. It is also the reason for the large loss last year. It is entirely on paper and bears no relationship to the operational performance of the company. The derivative liability hit the books when the notes were issued and left the books when they were converted to stock in large amounts.

The company had ZERO revenue in the last reported quarter which means nothing was booked from Pharmajanes despite many anecdotal "sales".

The only source of cash for the company in the last quarter came from the sale of stock. Nothing came from operations (see no revenue comment above)...but instead operations spent album $133K mostly on "consultants".

It was also suspended by the SEC.

Those factors together explain quite well why it is at 0.0005.
