It's not dilution. It's scared investors taking losses once the bid rose a little. Everyone else is holding and getting ready to buy but they need news or volume. Most people can't afford to take losses at this price b/c they're in at .20 .30 and .40. I'm not in this for the long haul but I believe it will have a serious run soon with not much volume and I have deep pockets ready to buy. It's one of very few penny stocks not being manipulated right now and is here for the taking. The more volume, the more this will get noticed by other investors.
