Thank you for contacting me. Feel free to do so whenever needed and I will do my best to answer your questions. One of your fellow investors (xxxxx) as well as another also sent me some questions and I replied to him the other day. Perhaps he did not get a chance to share with you my reply, so here is what I wrote him (please see below). Please share with your other investors:

With the many emails I get daily from around the world, my apologies to you and "xxxxxx" and others for not getting back sooner. I greatly appreciate you and the rest of the investors keen interest with UCPA. It means the world to the board members.
Speaking on my behalf, as the only American on the board, the managerial styles around the world are very different then in the U.S. One thing that many learn is that you need patience, lots of it. Meetings turn into more meetings and so on. But, as you can see we have moved forward with PR. You should note that since most companies in Europe take a mandatory 5 paid weeks off in the summer (can you imagine that here in the U.S.??) I will have a combined July/August summer Newsletter out on August 1. At that point, the newsletter will start to be posted on the UCP website, the OTC website and put out via iHub Wire Service. Please note that each press release that we do put out costs us money, so as a lean company, we pick and choose only pertinent information for release.
Which brings me to why we don't press release everything. In our global business, conflict of interests and laws (e.g., legal rules) in one country or another sometimes prevents us from releasing information. As to Ikea, quite often we are proud of other Swedish companies (like Spotify, Kosta Boda, H&M, Ericsson, Electrolux, etc) and so we post articles about them on our Facebook page, twitter etc because its good citizenship to do so, that is, supporting your fellow countrymen.
