Not really emotional, as it has beeen years. I know what you are saying, and if you look at this in a vaccum, it may appear to be a potentailly good growth stock with upside. Hell why do you think I owned it years ago. That being said, how can anyone invest with any confidence when the CEO and management own the whole company, and have already once raped all shareholders of all their money is a so called "recapitalization plan". Had the CEo left some crumbs for the shareholders today there might actually be some confindence to invest. I could never recommend this company, based on the fact that The CEO can at anytime do anything he wants including dilute you to zero with a bullet, and there is absolutely nothing you can do.

Some people are of a moral high standard, and then others are euled by greed and money. I think it is safe to say stealling 98% of the company for a $50,000 loan, and forgiving a supposed salary for 5 years (one that was given for doing absolutely nothing), would make that person the latter.

I would never trust my money with anyone like that again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!!!
