D-G-NG is a silent sleeper that stealthily went dark a few years ago.

prior to that they had some amazing numbers of cash and assets in their 10q filing, but possibly decided upkeeping regulatory status was too costly and not beneficial for the company in the long term.

they filed a 15-12g but the company seems to be going strong at least if their website is any indication
