Please provide a link to or a copy of the document requested ("And link me to the company document that reports it while you're at it. Or reproduce it somehow.") that shows the "consideration" Pierce provided for the E preferred or admit that you have never seen one.

You have failed to show that.

It's right there on page 1 and it's been available since it was filed with NV on 12/9/13 at 1:32:18 pm, or shortly there after. ANYONE can access these filings IF they want. Suggesting they are somehow HIDDEN is blatantly false.

$1000 of the re-org cost was paid back via the Preferred shares. Plus, it would make it very complicated for Huffy/Klein, now wouldn't it?

Why haven't they come to NV?
