(edited) Yes, and to make it clear what I'm suggesting for the hurting BORK holders is NOT any legal action towards those current, and in the past, like a class action lawsuit where they appeared to destroy this company or prevent it from traveling a path that could lead to positive facts about Kryron from either a testing by Ultra Armor or even the federal government's offer to investigate Kryron. This suggestion has no agenda to bring criminal charges against John Bourque or any current or past officers of this company, and even not towards any person not directly associated with Bourque Industries but had activity detrimental to this company from a time frame prior to when Global merged with us. For example, if John Bourque's end-game is to have the current management take this company into bankruptcy in 2016, when he gets released from prison so that he can obtain all the Kryron patents, then this action if successful would remove those currently in charge and even prevent those currently in charge from adding more crooks to be in charge. This event would remove the current folks that have an agenda to bankrupt this company and in effect prevent John Bourque's end-game from being executed that totally destroys all hurting BORKs shareholders investment permanently as then this company as a private company with John Bourque holding all the patents would travel that kool-aid road to great success and great financial return for John Bourque and the crooks only. So now lets see if the current crooks in charge of this company can "do the right thing" BEFORE our planned action is finalized for implementation with a hopefully result that the crooks are removed and replaced with a person having an agenda to explore avenues NOW for this company. Perhaps one of the past good board of directors will agree to take total control of this company if they have reason to verify Kryron is for real.
