One issue with that presentation

Aside from the moral issue, the calculation for the NPC treatment seems to have ignored an important thing. It calculated the potential as if CTDH will have a monopoly on the whole market. Some discover an entirely new drug and still have to compete with generic brands and imitations.So how about the competition potential with something that already exists? CTDH did not discover cyclodextrin. To my understanding, its NPC treatment is its brand of an already existing cyclodextrin product.
