An Email I recently sent to Eric after he offered to explain the 'technical facts' of what has transpired.

I appreciate the offer, but I neither have the energy nor desire to try to try to understand the 'technical facts' of what has transpired.

Over two years ago I said to you roughly the following, "I have a friend who has been 'hopeful' to sell his house for years now, but his 'hope' never materializes. In your best estimation do you 'hope,' as he does, that WNBD will be successful, or is it based upon something more tangential that I am not privy to."

Your response was that it was more than 'hope.' Nothing, as it impacts me and other long term shareholders, has transpired, nor will it most likely ever transpire.

Over the years you often asked me my cost-basis, and seemed encouraged that I could regain most, if not all, of my losses. Again, my investment has nearly evaporated.

You said that without investing another $25,000 that there was NO CHANCE of me recovering. You stated others longs 'had their chance...'

Why wouldn't their chance have been with their initial investment? It seems wrong that to have a chance you need to invest further!!

I have often been told about a gesture for the longs that always seems around the corner, and yet, nothing.

I have given up hope of seeing any sort of financial return on this investment.

I also strongly feel in my educated opinion there is 'no chance' for the first round investors to even see an inkling of their investment, and that there is, in my opinion, very little chance for any current investor to realize a profit as well.

I think you should state in very clear language -- and not technical facts -- the situation in a blog.

I would love an 'yes' or 'no' answer to two simple questions:

1. Is there any realistic probability of first round investors recouping their investment?

2. Is there going to be a 'gesture' for the longs?

And if the answer is 'no' then can we have a simple apology and explanation.
