Because of the backlog of D.R. Mining Office, everybody has to re-apply for their claims and for Santo, the soonest is June 28.

Now of course that is today, so unless they finalized a deal to sell their 2 best claims in the last 2 days, they should do their re-application process today or thereafter, to get things rolling.

However, it costs money for that, so if Santo thinks probability of selling the 2 claims is good, they could hold off the mining application. It may not be a good move, but they could do it.

In the meantime, they have numerous other very good claims that they can also start application on. At least, that's how i'm reading that whole thing.
