The Mississippi Gaming Commission denied Jacobs Entertainment a large casino conglomerate site approval due to mean high water line regulations set forth after hurricane Katrina could be the lucrative opportunity DHCC has been waiting for.

DHCC 404 acres zoned casino parcel sits directly next store to Jacobs Entertainment's parcel. Unlike Jacobs, DHCC zoned casino parcel meets all mean high water line regulation.

DHCC recent notification to Mississippi gaming Commission shows they are heading for site approval with in a month.

Keep in mind, the stretch of South Mississippi gaming industry is reinvesting over $1billion FY'14 back into casino development. Q1 FY'14 $600 million already spent. DHCC will be a direct beneficiary of the spending
