Maybe H&G should offer to pay damages to brad and Include him
in their business and officers positions, be a board member..ect
something to make his holdings in HFBG worth while.
HFBG and its products are worth some serious cash, imo.
Larry Johnson's name is attached to HFBG no matter what. Bonus?

Wonder if H&G really just doesn't have the money to pull this off.
I would just offer Brad 50% of the new business and move forward
with an option to buy Brad out at a later date. WTH wrong with that?
