A person could say that it is a shame that OMEX was dropped from the Russel. However,in my opinion whether they are on the Russel or not makes Zero difference in the value of the stock.

Frankly if they are going to get on the Russel they need to stay there. The fact that they went on the russel what was it 2 years ago? And now being taken off because of poor share performance is not a good thing...unless you are looking to accumulate more shares because of the lower share price.

The fact is Mgmt. has been somewhat inept at maintaining revenues and their cost to do business is so high that the share price has lingered and caused omex to be dropped off the Russel.

The problem with the Russel is deals have been negotiated for the last month and those deals went into play at market close today with over 10 million shares in volume going through in a matter of seconds. These deals I have gleened from discussions here and yahoo have caused the share price to linger...to be stagnant. The fact they are pulling a lot of Gold and artifacts from the shipwreck Columbus America has done nothing for the share price. We know they are...even though the court has a Gag order on them. The share price should be over 2 bucks in my opinion and should really start moving there next week now that the Russel rebalancing is over.

The Russel rebalance has been a chain around their neck for many weeks because people knew it was coming, behind the scene deals being made...no one to drive the share price higher in the interim. In many ways just the fact that this process occurred is technically in my opinion a form of market manipulation.

We'll see what happens next week, but expectations of many including myself say we finally start moving up now that the Russel chain has freed the stock to move.

Happy Trails !!!!
