Then I guess we'll see. The only case I followed in which an explanation of the process was offered was EMGE, which was suspended in 2009:

And then there's LLEG. It went so far as to file a Form 10. Evidently the SEC sent it a bedbug letter, and the filing was withdrawn. The company tried again, with an S-1. That was eventually deemed effective. But FINRA refused to sign off on a 211.

Finally, just short of two years from the suspension, the SEC sued the company and its management.
