I see you are very concerned about just one quarter. That's pretty short sighted thinking. Have you forgotten 2Q of last year when they only had $1.5m in revenue? Then by the 4Q it was over $3m. This is a small company where only a few sales per quarter make or break a good/bad quarter. It's not your grocery store, where people need to buy food and quarterly fluctuations are only 1-2% of revenue.

At least VTSI still made net income of $240,000 last quarter. In the 2Q of 2013 they lost $130,000. If they have >$3m of revenue this quarter, will you forget about 1Q?
