I called Scottrade at ten A.M. since i can't trade online.Said at that time the bid was1.10 and the ask
was 1.14. Told broker to purchase 1315 shares @ 1.14(1500 plus a 7 dollar commission.)At 10:35 an order went through for 1280 shares @ 1.05.1351.00 including 7 for commission.Was that all i could purchase at that time?
