Keep the focus on the Executive Team's performance and not the shareholders lack of participation.

Who's decision was it to go into silence mode - revenues drop 20% and you dismiss it with two sentences about quarterly fluctuations.

What did the sales team, production team, executive team do to try and close that gap during the quarter? - do they have sales forecasts, pipelines, an active and a supportive distribution channel that could have delivered additional revenue.

It is the Board that has the fiduciary duty to the shareholders - shareholders have been given next to nothing to vote on and the minimum amount of information to even make an intelligent vote.

If we knew where the bulk of 158 million shares were maybe we could rally together and replace the Board - but in reality our votes mean nothing.

What we have is an excuse for poor execution, in my opinion.
