Another good laugh!
Stumbled over an old CTTC press release from 2010:
"Competitive Technologie's [sic] Calmare® Therapy Medical Device Treating Cancer Patients in Virginia"
Even ignoring the misspelling (way to go, Johnnie), the PR bragged about an UNNAMED "premier physician oncology practice based in Virginia" had begun using calmares to treat patients. Well, you can read the SEC reports to see how well THAT worked out!
But the PR also expresses gratitude:
"CTT's relationship with this medical practice developed through the actions of Steven R. May, President, Atlantic Coast Medical Products, Inc., CTT's sales representative in Virginia."
And, of course, everyone can imagine just how many machine Steve sold. If you need a hint, his "ACMPI" went out of business -- if it ever really WAS in business! Maybe just another of Nano's relatives on the take!
The laugh came when I happened to note that Steve had filed a FORM D with the SEC last fall to sell a million dollars worth of securities for his latest company, "aeternusled," a company with ZERO revenues! Geez! How do I get in on this? I mean, seriously, I would just LOVE for someone to give me a million dollars for NOTHING!
Goodness knows, CTTC has practically made a career of it!
