Ok....here is why....Can you buy 100,000 shares at one time? more than likely not....if I thought that a stock in general was going to go to a dollar, I'm not talking about NXOI, I am talking in general here....and if there were only 1,000 shares here for .09, 5,000 shares there for .08, 10,000 shares back over there for .12 or even .10, here is the point and the business thinking.....hmmmm, I can buy today or have an opportunity to buy 100,000 shares for "X" amount of money instead of making 100 purchases to get 100,000 shares but I can get it with one (1) purchase, I would really think about that because I would save money by only making 1 purchase instead of 100 for $7 per trade plus the %......so 100 purchase for let's say .08 is X amount plus the commission I would have to pay for each "buy", so go figure.....That is just business....just as a person is on a settlement for an injury or so.....would you like to have your money over 10 years, or would you like it in one (1) payment even if you got much less.....You or most would choose to have 1 payment or a lump sum settlement.....same theory here.....
