The facts are McFarland and Donaldson are lying stock scammers. They remain under active SEC investigation for the ALTO scam, and they lied about the Excelsior property. They got caught by the SEC and had to remove and replace their fraudulent claims about "reserves", among other serious transgressions.

They are nothing but common penny stock scammers.
