Email from Brad. I knew this without email and I do have same motivation and that why I will help.

Unfortunately, someone does not understand how a Chapter 11 works. In an 11 you file a plan of re-organization and dictate how the plan is funded, what is sold and what is retained. At the present prices of Radix, any stock would exempt under the state and federal rules.

What is ever more misunderstood, is that I am not motivated by just money. I have a half dozen people I need to give back pain very slowly and I flush them down the proverbial toilet. These people are evil and deserve every once of what they are about to taste.

Cheers to the loosers and the rebirth of Radix. I am sorry for the delays, just deciding how to swing them from a Legal rope they hung themselves with.
