Can't imagine why!

Conrad rolls around the country doing private engagements, microconferences, and sponsoring pain conferences...

...totally ignores Marineo's PRs about CTTC no longer representing him or calmare and no longer authorized to distribute calmares...

...totally ignores GEOMC's claims about CTTC owing them money and liens on CTTC's inventory -- not that CTTC even needs much of an inventory given the rate at which they sell the things...

...no hints about future financing or pretty much anything else for that matter...

And the BOD does what????? One might ask, now who's ignoring their "fiduciary duties?"
