Truth? Here is MY last Due Diligence on Dewmar International BMC, Inc. 1) I like the product Lean...has a great flavor (PURP for me), so I gave it the benefit of the doubt for months. Now over the past 2 days I have been calling Walmarts in La, Ms, and the only store in Ark which sells it...not good (honestly). You can start shooting a me now, I don't care this is probably my very last post on the subject DEWM. I just sold the last of my shares and I am REALLY moving on! Out of the 7 Wal-Marts I called; Jackson, Ms. said they had about 20 cans on the shelf and it averages 13 cans a week, revenue per week $25.87 or $1345 anually; the only store I called where it sells (others have it but it doesn't sell). Two other stores had Lean, but one said that they were not replenishing the 6 cans they had on the shelf in Eldorado, Ak. and the other had 16 cans somewhere and NO sales history. It's in the system for the four that do not have it. The topper of all toppers was the Monroe, La. Wal-mart said they carried it a while ago, not anymore and the Gro Mgr. said, "that was a local supplier too"! "Just didn't sell". Couple the Wal-Mart revenue with the $20K to 40K / 3 months online order estimates and they don't make enough to pay Moran's salary and that is gross revenue from WM and Online. I believe that the convenience stores do better...but have not data. Just Wal-Mart and online estimates.
2) I will speak to Kush Cakes, this is a creative demand market that, per Moran's Hempzone tour is to be sold "online"...he didn't say 20K smoke shops as PRd, so I don't completely believe both, but I give it the benefit of the doubt. I know that it has been out there for years and the dealer I spoke with (see my prior posts) do not deal in it anymore.
3) Vaporware KUSH CAKE VAPE...that's right I want to smoke my desert. How many folks out there want to smoke a brownie, I may be old fashioned but I prefer a nice melange of REAL FRUIT or German Chocolate cake...I prefer a fork not a e pen...yep I'm old. Oh and my German Chocolate Cake makes me sleepy when the sugar high wears off.
4) HEMP and hemp related products and DEWM. Hemp is a world commodity, you can buy a variety of oils, products and so on redily. Farmers like me are just now able to grow it in the US, but doesn't change the fact that it is a commodity, nothing special if the Doc wants high grade CBD oil it is available from other MJ companies traded on the OTC. He wasted money on Perlowin, and will probably wind up not getting his money's worth!
5) Financials - WOW pulling up short on the financials a couple of times not only got a PCAOB "fully reporting" company delisted, but in my opinion will eventually put them once again in the crosshairs of the SEC. I can't live with that, just can't!

Lastly, It has been an interesting ride. I would really liked to have known what the motives and payrolls were behind the various groups that post here on this security. I feel like the wolfs of wall st shook me down for my lunch money...oh well as we hippy farmin' musicians like to say, "Onward Through the Fog"... Last thing then I'm outtahere. I would be happy to eat even more crow and see all of you win at my expense...but all I can promise is to not be smug in the event the chickens come home to roost; not saying they will just promising to not gloat (I won't be here anyway). I hope good to come to all DEWM shareholders and Moran I would still want you to succeed. I will be on IHUB for a couple days more then I am going back to my world. Cheers!! Schweine...
