so let me get this straight, someone is upset because they cant comprehend the fact the whole thing should have been resolved years ago, in the form of a ch. 7 liquidation where we would have already moved on to other things, but instead have a legit chance to make something from nothing...and is upset because they cant recoup that something that should be nothing? said person shouldnt be investing a penny, rather go to their local bank and let a qualified investment advisor tell them what/when to invest in, or manage their portfolio for them.
