LIAR LEE has not issued newco shares per the court order to exit bankruptcy. That was over a year ago. There are no shares to sell. I can not sell something that currently does not exist. Do you understand now?

Insiders. and former lawyers want a big deal so they can dump a ton of shares after/if we start trading. Listen to the last cc toward the end and you can hear it out of LIAR LEE's own mouth.
