well the purpose of their first HPA plant is 5N or 6N purity. They did provide samples of 5N to commercial entities but then couldn't produce it on a commercial basis from the HPA plant based on the existing equipment. They needed to clear a bottleneck and had to order custom calcination equipment that would consistently allow the high purity product. This caused the delay in production, the additional financing and the disappointment that turned a $3+ stock into a .25 stock in a few months.
Equipment is supposed to arrive starting in late June and the HPA plant is supposed to startup in a few months. The production of rare earths and other valuable byproducts from processing red mud is supposed to happen after they get the basic plant running so late 2015.
