You are both right actually with what you have posted. The only question is whether the issues raised in the complaint is reason enough for the SEC to step in or not. That's the only question and you can discuss that here for hours without getting any consens obviously because nobody knows.

There have been shady things going on in the past at SIAF. We all know that. Some stuff is rather minor, some issues are bigger IMO. I know for a fact that Joe is correct about the auditor stuff from the past. Does that concern the SEC? No idea. Maybe together with other stuff and the biggest issue now the f-share thing? No idea. We will see in the future. It's as easy as that IMO.

I have seen a few SEC halts lately in SEC reporting micro caps. I have talked to company management of some of these companies and they told me they weren't even contacted before the halt. Not at all! The SEC just stepped in and put on their 10 day suspension because of some stuff that they didn't like in one of these complaints that got filed. Then the fun begins when you open on the grey sheets after 10 days. smile
