ORT.to/eorbf +.07 to C$.50 I thought about buying when it was in the high .20's but still have a big loss so couldn't convince myself to risk more capital. New mgmt is very concerned about overpromising and underdelivering so have been careful to put out realistic time frames.

We'll see if they can finally get the HPA plant running and SELL product to commercial customers.
