Guay, I'm an optimist at heart, but a realist by application. Tom's going to have to show me more (and he should at the very least name his customers, if he really has any). I have a lot of this stock and I have for a long, long time. I was very optimistic about solar glass and invested when Tom set himself up in Oregon with fanfare of the governor and accolades of the press.....fail.....it never even got off the ground.....never went further than putting a sign on an empty warehouse, and hindsight is 20-20....Tom BSed many of us into giving him a lot of money which he never did a thing with.....absolutely nothing (except a big house and nice vacations). He stole our investment and ran off to California.

Not much happened for years until the CIGS fiasco....seemingly a good idea at the time, the free-fall in Si prices made the CIGS business model obsolete before the evaporator ever made even a single cell......sure, the updates were impressive, but it was a scam insomuch as XsunX was years away from having a fully functional and marketable CIGS manufacturing process.

Now we're asked to believe that he's gong to somehow bolster the stock price by being nothing more than a contractor. Maybe you see the glass as half full, but I see it fully empty. It's not pessimism, it is the reality of Tom, who he is and how he operates. He's a scam artist, pure and simple. He's never made anything or done anything productive with XsunX.....I can't even find anyplace that indicates he's ever succeeded at anything in his life except talking people out of their money. He's free to prove me wrong and I'll eat crow and kiss his ass, but it's not going to happen. We can debate all day, but history is a better indicator of the future than hope and change.....we all know where that leads. Investing in hope is a fool's game.

I'm not faulting Tom for failure....that happens in business.....it's his modus operandi that leads me to question his very integrity. The bottom line is that he is a big-time bulls***er and he is not to be trusted.
