The SEC disagrees with you. Their lawsuit specificially states that RCCH SOLD 2.1+ Billion shares to Gendarme at prices 30% to 50% below market.

And all the while Gene was LYING about selling Private Placements at $1.50/ share.

If Gene is so honest, tell him to post some financials and stop making excuses behind his momma's skirt.
