The new CEO is trying to gain back credibility and appears to be doing an ok job of actually getting the HPA plant online next year. Still a revolutionary process for producing alumina and cleaning up the toxic residue from current alumina processing. Throw in rare earth production for the final kicker.

But still no HPA production. We'll see if they can pull it off this time.
