You still have no idea what causes the SEC to halt a stock. This is not Nasdaq, you know. The company is fully reporting. There needs to be a really serious issue for the SEC to halt this stock. Not some accusions or allegations from some individual who has an axe to grind because he lost $30k trading this stock 5 years ago. And if it's from a former shareholder, then they are free to start a lawsuit against the company. The SEC doesn't interfere with this. Only when there is a serious concern for the public. Other than that, it is the SEC's job to induce confidence in the market place, not destroy it, by halting stocks at random. Total joke.
