Get a clue RD, as no one said the SEC will halt a stock based only on the filing of a complaint. Duh. I am saying I expect a halt based on the extensive information I submitted. Address my concerns with the company ? Huh ? Wake up, as this was done ages ago. Solomon called me and we discussed the situation. I've addressed that conversation in my SEC complaint. I wouldn't expect any SIAF shareholder to sell their stock because the shareholders don't have a clue and operate with Kool-Aid. If the SEC contacts the old auditor as I have suggested, it's game over ......

"The SEC doesn't "halt" stocks just because someone files a complaint. You must be joking. Anyway, they will tell you to address your concerns with the company first. Even then, the best you can expect is that SEC will ask the company some questions. But I think the 10-K is being reviewed already."
