Does anyone here know anything about Supplier Product Review Schedules?

I found this on the Publix business website:

http://www.publix.biz/biz/BecomingCPPVendor.do

Click on the Category Review Schedule in the right side pane. It shows that the first review period for water is December 5, 2014 - January 1, 2015.

I assume this meeting is an initial one, unless someone can point me in the direction of otherwise. Just curious if this has an affect on how soon Pleasant kids can get to a shelf.
