2BB authorized, 1.457,498,001 trading (6/20/13), 1,229,745,971 (6/20/13) owned by Barz,
That leaves 227,753,029 left… but Van Leesen owns … 245,000,000.
On 5/1/13 NV SOS shows an increase of authorized shares from 2BB to 4.45BB …this is not trading stock, just authorized…. But why?
My best guess at convertible debentures 150MM, were they converted? IDK how to get this information.
Q’s and K’s are not being filed.
I think I am more confused about this stock then when I first started following 2+ years ago…
