My SEC complaint against SIAF is officially filed ........

I've waited 4 years for this day and the SEC now has a mountain of evidence. Spent all weekend gathering evidence from years past. They just told me via phone that the complaint will most likely be initially reviewed this afternoon and after the initial review, I may or may not get phone calls for further discussion about the submission. The complaint took me hours to put together and I am relieved I have now done all I can. Now out of my hands. The complaint is not only against the company, but individuals as well. It is also very specific about the solicitation of stock to thousands of airline employees in the U.S.
