We Stockholders have been waiting for CEO Vigil to publicly disclose some information about the Purchase but none has yet been published.

I hope you can understand, kind of like having a New Car in the family, everyone wants to know how everything works...

When was the Purchase Final?

How Much Money did Quasar Pay for the Store?

Was this an ALL Cash transaction, or are there Terms?

If Terms; What are the Terms and did it include any QASP common or Preferred Stock?

What was Gross Revenue of store for last 5 months Jan 01 - May 31, 2014?

What was gross profit for 12 months ending Dec 31, 2013.

Is the Store a Sole Proprietorship, Partnership , Limited Liability Corporation, or full reporting Corporation?

What method of accounting has been used? Cash or accrual ?

When was last Audit by Licensed Professional conducted?

Sorry for all the questions, but us stockholders are starved for information after a long period of anticipation of Quasar purchasing into the MJ industry in Colorado.

I am copying CEO Vigil also, as she may want to issue this information in a Public forum or Press Release for all investors to see instead of a direct reply to an individual shareholder.

In addition I am posting this on iHub QASP forum as an OPEN LETTER for all to read hoping the information will be made available to all stockholders and the investing Public at same time.

Again, Welcome to the Quasar Family, The Company has a long History of exploring expansion opportunities outside of the original aerospace beginnings at Herlong Airport in Jacksonville.

Yes, we have closed the deal with Quasar Aerospace to purchase our facility. we are in the training phase now of the new management.
As well the store does have several contracts with dispensaries and grow facilities. I hope this information helps. have a good day sir.

Good things are coming here, Bob's Email is a positive development. Penny land stock with a real location. Alot of penny plays, investors are unsure if they exist. QASP has a brick and mortar store front.This is just getting started here. QASP is going to be a prosperous investment.

Donnell will gives us the details soon. Not to many .0012 plays with brick and mortar hydroponic stores. Notice I said stores with a S, 2nd store coming soon. Whole lot of upside here.

It means nothing without numbers. But I'm sure we have new revenue and assets which is great for Quasar as we expand and build our mj business. Great things to come there should be much more in store!

Since MJ was legalized in Colorado on January 1, 2014, which dispensary has publicly published their December 31, 2014 tax returns yet for DD? Especially since it is only June of 2014?

Waiting on those 2014 cash flow statements and tax returns.

Nothing like DD on data that has not occurred yet.
