For purposes of the public offering, the Potsdam trust and business consulting GmbH commissioned on 10 October 2013, the ASPEN AGENCY LIMITED, Unit 1010, 10 / F Miramar Tower, 132 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with the founding of the ERGO CONCEPT PLC, based in London, England as a new asset wearer ERGO CONCEPT corporation. The share capital of ERGO CONCEPT PLC is divided into 120 million to the ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of € 1.00 each.

Prior to the IPO in August 2014, a special quota of 12 million ordinary bearer shares will be available for purchase (additional shares will not be released for sale). These shares cost in pre-bid € 2.00 per piece.
