I have two theories, either someone who tried shorting this on the offering thinking it was going below $4 had to cover because it was going to $5 at the end or someone buying a new position. There were a lot of Put options that got crushed yesterday, there was a battle around the $4.94 and $4.95 area and the market won and then 2 million shares in just minutes into close. Very interesting to say the least.

A good week, $100,000 of insider buying and the price back to $5 after a very sucessful 28 million share offering at $4.
