Stanley... You may be right... They are doing the right things.... Audits, growing revenue, backlog is fairly strong... I am getting a little impatient however..

Q3 2013 Rev- $3.3MM
Q4 2013 Rev- $3.6MM

It will be interesting because they had over $12MM in backlog at 12/31/13. At 12/31/12, they had about $10.5MM in backlog and did $3.9MM in sales in Q1 of 2013. This is when they had the eBay account though and their contract length was shorter time period.

I think the two most important numbers will be backlog at 3/31/14 and their new sales figure in Q1 so calc would be
12/31/13 Backlog less Q1 Revenue less 3/31/14 backlog...

Like you said, w/ the new product launch in April, I may need to give this another 3-4 quarters and see what happens...
