Natural Grocers facing less competitive risk, says Wells Fargo

After Natural Grocers' comps decelerated in Q2 due to competitive pressures, Wells Fargo thinks the risk of new competition will ease going forward, as the company's stores now overlap with at least one of its major competitors in most of its markets. The firm thinks the company's guidance is conservative. It cut its price target on the shares to $29-$31 from $39-$41 but keeps an Outperform rating on the shares.
